The additives contained provide optimum care for rubber and plastic seals in the steering gear. Prevents oil loss, stops oil loss in steering gears that drip and regenerates hardened seals. Holes and ducts of the steering gear are cleaned and the performance of the oil is thus revitalized. The noise levels are reduced, the service life is extended and the repair costs are lowered.

Suitable for steering gears that are filled with ATF II, ATF III or central hydraulic system oils. Add to the compensating reservoir of the steering system. 35 ml is sufficient for 1 liter of oil.

VAIRĀK AdBlue® - 32% urea solution for use in cars
Almost all trucks and heavy equipment have been selected using Selective Catalyic Reduction (SCR) technology to meet the required emission levels (Euro-4, Euro-5, Euro-6).

SCR technologies are based on the addition of AdBlue to the discharge process, causing a chemical reaction that results in harmful substances (NOx) becoming non-harmful - nitrogen and water. The name AdBlue® is a registered trademark of the German Association of Vehicle Manufacturers (Verband der Automobilindustrie / VDA) - scientifically known as AUS-32 test solution. The AdBlue name can only be used if the product meets the requirements of ISO 22241-1 and is VDA approved.

We deliver AdBlue liquid in both 10l and 20l canisters, as well as in larger 210l containers or 1000l IBCs. In addition, we can assemble stationary tank stations in the amount of 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 lire by separate agreement. AdBlue is already available at petrol stations, which is why it is as easy to buy as regular fuel.

AdBlue quality
There are more and more non-specialized companies in Estonia that try to produce a similar urea solution themselves, which, however, may not meet the quality requirements. By using low-quality products, the car's catalyst can overlap with a layer of lime, which can cost you more than a thousand euros to restore. Using the wrong urea solution is analogous to using dilute AdBlue or even water. However, when driving with an empty AdBlue tank, the catalyst will inevitably become clogged with soot.

AdBlue cost
The average cost of AdBlue is 1.5 liters per 100km. Euro-5 compliant cars account for 6% and Euro-6 compliant cars for around 7-8% of total fuel consumption. There are also external factors that affect the consumption of AdBlue: these are the heating quality, the engine performance. At present, all registered lorries have a special diagnostic tool (OBD) that can be used to check the toxicity of exhaust gases. These systems warn drivers that the fuel tank has run out of AdBlue. If the driver continues to drive without the addition of AdBlued, the diagnostic system activates the engine torque limiter, which allows the engine to reach only 60% of maximum torque, and also saves the data without running AdBlued.

Savings when using AdBlue
The use of AdBlue optimizes engine performance, reduces emissions and reduces fuel consumption. The reduction in heating costs amounts to 5% on average. There are also additional savings for long-distance drivers, as lorries using AdBlued benefit from a toll on motorway tolls in the European Union.

AdBlue security
AdBlue is safe for both humans and animals. It is non-toxic and non-explosive and non-flammable. At temperatures below -11 ° C, the liquid crystallizes, but this does not affect its further use. When the vehicle starts, the fluid melts again without compromising quality. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. If swallowed, drink plenty of water and seek medical advice.
